1. ATTIRE RECOMMENDATIONS:

We strongly advise passengers to wear sneakers and comfortable clothing, considering prevailing weather conditions. All our flights maintain a non-smoking policy.

2. AGE RESTRICTIONS:

Passengers below 6 years old are not eligible for travel due to safety reasons. 
Children aged 6-12 must be accompanied by a legal guardian to join the flight.

3. BOOKING AND PAYMENTS:

All bookings are subject to availability.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit per person may be required, and a non-refundable deposit may apply.
We accept on-site payments in cash and by credit card.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled flight will receive a full refund. Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled flight are non-refundable. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.

5. FLIGHT CONDITIONS:

Flights are subject to weather conditions, and the safety of our passengers is our top priority. The pilot has the authority to cancel or reschedule a flight in the event of adverse weather conditions. In the case of a canceled flight due to weather, passengers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund.

6. PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by the pilot and ground crew. Any passenger under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed on the flight. Passengers must notify us of any medical conditions or concerns that may affect their ability to participate in the flight.

7. PRIVACY POLICY:

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

BalloonRidesMarrakech.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
